Seminole County

This project is situated in the heart of Seminole County, Oklahoma—the site of the historic Seminole oil boom, which once made Oklahoma one of the world’s most prolific oil-producing regions.

Our wells target two primary reservoirs, with up to 5 hydrocarbon-rich pay zones in total.
· Booch Formation – Approximately 3,300 feet deep
· Wilcox Sands – Approximately 4,100 feet deep

The Wilcox Sands sparked Oklahoma’s legendary oil boom when it was discovered by the Indian Territory Illuminating Oil Company in the 1920s. These historic pay zones continue to produce oil to this day, which is why our prospective well site is surrounded by active production.

Unlike “wildcat” wells—high-risk exploratory wells in unproven oilfields—our wells are offsets of proven, producing oil wells. They are classified as Proved Undeveloped Reserves (PUDs), meaning the field has already been established as a consistent hydrocarbon producer. Notably, the offset well (A1) has been producing commercial quantities of oil since 2017, further validating the strong production potential of our targeted drilling locations.
