The “Bend Arch” project is a Caddo development located in Throckmorton, Counties in Texas, with approximately 35,000 lease acres, 132 locations with 16 P-1 PUD locations and 35 direct offsetting horizontal wells. To date, our Lease Holder and Operating Partner has invested over $54 million in the acquisition of leases and extensions, 2 independent geological studies, geology, operations and drilling and logging of the first 9 PUD wells to approximately 5000 feet.
The “Sabine” Project is a Saratoga Chalk development in Sabine Parish, Louisiana, with approximately 12,000 leased acres and eight proven pay zones, starting with the Saratoga and extending through the Saratoga, Fredericksburg, Paluxy, Glen Rose, James Lime, Cotton Valley, Bossier and Haynesville Zones. To date, our Lease Holder and Operating Partner has invested approximately $10,000,000 on the acquisition of the lease that includes “All Depths,” purchasing the complete set of 3D seismic squares that have been re-interpolated into 5D seismic squares over the entire acreage position (20 Square Miles), all additional geology, operations and drilling and logging of the first 5 wells that range from 2700 feet to 5000 feet.
The “Warnica” Project is a multi-zone development in Roosevelt County, New Mexico, with approximately 6,000 leased acres. To date, our Lease Holder and Operating Partner has invested approximately $11,000,000 on the acquisition of the leases, the complete set of 3D seismic squares over our entire acreage position (40 Square Miles) and additional geology, operations and drilling of the first test well to approximately 10,000 feet.
